"Good Vibrations"

The Beach Boys began in the early '60's with their hit "Surfin' Safari" and had several surfing music hits. They continued recording into the '80's and their last big hit was "Kokomo" in 1988. This clip is of a live performance of "Good Vibrations" from 1966. This hit reached #1 and was on the top 40 hits chart for 12 weeks.

In the '60's, I had almost all of The Beach Boys surfing albums and dreamed of visiting the Pacific Ocean, but had to settle for the surf of Lake Michigan!

I use to think the song "Don't Answer me" was their last song. Just found out this song was recorded by The Alan Parsons Project.

Thanks for straightening me out. :-)
