Vinyl Albums Comeback

Did you hang on to your vinyl record albums?  Most have gone up in value, and collectors now flock to record shows and conventions.

Now, vinyl records may once again be coming back into current production. At least one company still produces them. Music like it used to be! A vinyl revival!

I am an avid collector of music from the bygone days especially the 60s. I have hundreds of vinyl LPs and 45s that I have managed to hold onto even though I have replaced most of them with CDs. Not only are they making a come back but the old vinyl records are valuable.

But is the equipment to play vinyl still around to buy? I haven't seen much in that area for years. (Or any lately...)

I love vinyl too, and I have kept most of my collection, though I don't have a very good set of records apart from my Beatles LPs. They're 80s re-issues though, not the original 60s pressings.

You can still buy turntables but they're harder and harder to find, especially HiFi quality ones.

Wow! I had no idea that the regular vinyl records that require a turntable were really making a comeback. The only problem is, however, is that they do tend to warp, especially when the weather's humid, with or without precipitation. I've only got the CD's now, which I'm perfectly happy with.
